Award-Winning Composites Manufacturing Leader Gives Peek Inside Innovation Campus

The channel hosts numerous videos providing insight into the company’s production of large-scale parts for industries ranging from transportation to spa to heavy truck, as well as a peek at the cutting-edge technology inside the 173,000-square feet of manufacturing space throughout its 67.5 acre innovation campus north of Detroit, Michigan.

The rotary press is featured in one of the videos on the Romeo RIM YouTube channel. Viewers can watch the seven individual presses in the automated system buzz around its 100-foot oval track, each press containing its own unique mold which can be in mold painted its own unique color. Running at 15ft per minute, the press can produce a completely molded and painted part in about a minute.

Other videos on the YouTube channel include interviews with Romeo RIM leadership and technical professionals detailing the company’s evolution into a lean manufacturing operation providing customers with high quality, complex engineering design and custom material formulation along with superior product delivery and customer support.
