Safety is Truly First!
Romeo RIM, Inc. has been hard at work in the last few years concentrating on establishing a safe work environment and creating a safe work culture.
The results are evident as the company has gone over an entire calendar year without one recordable incident. That is yet another milestone record for our company!
This, however would not be possible without our team member’s engagement and diligence in ensuring that everyone is doing their part by reporting safety near misses and following the required safety guidelines put in place to help avoid safety mishaps. Incidents and near misses are a priority here at RRI. We investigate each safety incident in a team environment, decide what corrective actions are needed and execute our findings to prevent safety incidents from reoccurring.
Studies show that lower work-related injuries tend to boost team member morale and increase productivity along with recognition by insurance, state and other entities. Companies with an established safety culture are more likely to have less turnover of their workforce and are able maintain and secure future business opportunities when safety is made a priority in the workplace.
I can firmly say that our team is dedicated to this cause and will continue to work hard and support a healthy and safe work environment.
