We make big, strong and lightweight parts through the Reaction Injection Molding process…including Long Fiber Injection (LFI), Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) and Solid Elastomer materials.

• Currently using Sheet Molding Compound (SMC), Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or Vacuum Forming.
• Project Volume Ranges of: 1,000 units to 30,000 units
• Project Smallest Dimension is 2 feet
• Your Project needs to be lighter
• Your Project needs to be stronger
• Your Project needs to be bigger (maybe you want to consolidate multiple parts?)
