Body Panels
Our materials, like Polyurethane elastomers, are known for a number of benefits. But what makes them a great choice for body panels that are exposed to harsh environments and heavy use? They are durable, lightweight, flexible, weather resistant and cost effective. And what’s more, they can be delivered fully painted! Our materials can also handle inserts as well as the freedom to design B-side features allowing for an easy, no hassle fit.
Roofs
In Mold Painted Polyurethanes and DCPD are a great material for use in roofing panels and air deflectors. They are a strong, yet lightweight material that is weather resistant and durable. Romeo RIM has produced air deflectors and other roofing panels for many OEM’s using these materials over more traditional materials like FRP and vacuum forming.
Hoods & Fascia
For hoods, both DCPD are Polyurethane are great materials because they are strong, lightweight and weather resistant. Romeo RIM has produced hoods for many OEM's.
