Romeo RIM is now operating in a state-of-the-art, 173,000-square ft. innovation campus on 67.5 acres.
Introducing servant leadership principals throughout the company, redesigning its employee training program, and launching new initiatives such as employee gap analysis are being complimented by enhanced focus on quality assurance, tooling maintenance, and safety on the production side.
